Shirts
During 2005, the Welsh Squad shirts were a hit
with many requests from both our members and those of other associations.
The squad shirts are well designed and pleasing to the eye. It was also the
first time that the Welsh field archers competed in our national colour of
red.
Responding to demand, we have made our primary polo shirt a close
replica of those worn by the National Squad at tournaments. The shirt sports
the WFAA logo on one breast and the wording 'Cymdeithas Saethyddiaeth Maes
Cymraeg' in white on the opposite breast. For those who prefer another
colour, we also have the same shirt in black with wording in red. Both
shirts are high quality Fruit of the Loom brand for optimal
durability and wear properties.

During cold winter shoots, a fleece is just the ticket, but they might be too warm during springtime. We have therefore commissioned fleeces in black and red which are available with or without sleeves. The fleece design bears the WFAA logo and wording in Welsh to match the polo shirts. The fleeces are Fruit of the Loom brand.

Naturally, in the Welsh climate it would be foolish to enter a field course without this vital piece of equipment. The coat chosen is waterproof, yet light and can easily be folded away into a quiver or pouch. Again, the raincoat has the WFAA logo and wording in Welsh.

We are planning to launch baseball caps in 2010 with the WFAA logo on the front. The colours will be red and black. Watch this space...
