Welsh Squads Development 2011
With the new Welsh National Coach, Ray Howells now in post, plans have already been developed to provide more structured training and development for Wales' top archers. The National Squad will resume and development will be via a series of squad sessions where the coaches will work to develop the squad and realise their potential using a structured approach.

WFAA Welcomes Coaching Team
For 2011 the coaching team will be headed by the National Coach, Ray Howells. Ray and his National Squad coaches, Mariam Howells, Michelle Worthington, and Peter Frost offer a vast amount of experience and will provide a more structured squad development program than we have previously seen within the WFAA.
